Built to do competitions.
250gal tank, stainless steel water/drip pans hold about 5gal each, with drain valves on each. Large storage area on front.
Large heavy duty charcoal grill 1/2 thick with dump trey and stainless steel lid tall enough to cook beer can Turkey.
All TelTru temp guages.
Single bay sink. Keg is set up to hold fresh water, runs off a 12v pump and battery, to faucet from keg. Have battery box, water lines ,still needs pump.
Large wood basket for long weekend cooks.
Brand new trailer lights, just needs some new wiring.
Fire box is 3/8 top and bottom with 1/4 sides. Built door for easy clean out.
This pit has always been lite with propane torch, never lighter fluid.
It cooks really well, and maintains temp very easy with minimal tweaking once you have a bed of coals.
