Trade Management is hiring experienced Combo Welders and Structural Welders for field and fabrication shop opportunities.
Combo Welder Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality welding using Flux Core (FCAW), Stick (SMAW), and TIG (GTAW) processes.
Weld structural steel and pipe components according to specifications and safety standards.
Safely work around heavy equipment and jobsite environments.
Understand basic rigging practices and proper hand signaling.
Operate aerial and material-handling equipment safely, including:
SkyTrak
Scissor Lift
Boom Lift
Structural Welder Responsibilities:
Perform structural welding in a fabrication shop environment.
Proficient with Flux Core welding and structural fit-up.
Read and interpret basic weld symbols and drawings.
Maintain quality welds while following safety procedures.
Requirements:
Proven welding experience in structural and/or pipe welding.
Ability to pass a weld test.
Knowledge of welding procedures and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with rigging and signaling.
Aerial lift or material-handling equipment experience.
Fabrication shop or industrial construction experience.
