I have the title. Nothing Fancy has its wear and tear but is still an okay hunting trailer. Just need to sale this as quick as possible. 5th wheel but it does have a gooseneck adapter on it now.
I live in La Porte but hunt outside of Nacogdoches.
The refrigerator stopped working and the hot water heater was very hard to get lite, so I gave up on that. The tires are good but has been setting. Just discovered a leak on the table window. Asking 750. Make an offer.
