This is a new and genuine Ford flywheel / flexplate, CC3Z-6375-A, and is still in the box. The part itself is also stamped with CC3P-6375-AA. These old part numbers suggest that it has other applications and may fit vehicles quite older. You'll need to verify that it will fit yours. $70 makes it yours.
