We have approximately 25,000 square feet of previously installed 60 mil TPO Firestone Roof Membrane. TPO was mechanically attached over ½” thick cover board over 3” thick polyiso insulation. Majority of the sheets are 6’ or 12’ wide by various lengths. This TPO was originally installed in May 2018. It was removed as part of a hail storm insurance claim. All TPO is watertight. It was not damaged by hail. Insulation below was damaged by hail. Should last at least 14 years on a roof. All TPO is in loose rolls. No rolls are bound together. Local pick up only. Buyer is totally responsible for loading and shipping the TPO.
