Experienced Bobcat operator and equipment needed to backfill topsoil at an RV Park in Starrvile north of Tyler. The site is near Hiway 271 and I-20. There are approximately 40 spaces. Each grass area is approximately 20' x 70'. Some of the topsoil is near the islands, some was pushed up for clearing. Topsoil has some limbs and sticks mixed in with dirt which you can place on existing concrete pads for us to burn later. The aim is to be done in 3-4 days.
