We’re a family-owned business based in East Texas that designs and sells original anime-themed clothing, art, and collectibles. We’re looking for a silk screen printer to help us with apparel production using a manual press. This is gig-based work with flexible hours and potential opportunities to travel with our team to anime conventions across the U.S.
🛠️ Main Role:
Operate a manual silk screen press to produce custom anime-themed clothing
Set up screens, inks, and materials for efficient production
Maintain equipment and ensure quality control on all prints
Assist with packaging and inventory as needed
✨ Bonus Opportunities (Optional):
Travel with the team to anime conventions across the U.S.
Help with event setup, booth operations, and sales (meals and lodging provided during travel)
Work on the road as part of a small, tight-knit crew
📌 Job Details:
Based in or able to reliably report to our East Texas location
Gig-based position — work is recurring but scheduled around production needs and events
Pay starts at $10/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and raises based on performance and experience
Meals and lodging included when traveling for conventions
Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect our original designs and production process
No prior screen printing experience required — we will train the right candidate!
