🚐 Driver / General Laborer for Traveling Anime Convention Team

Are you into anime, pop culture, and road trips? Want to travel the country working at some of the biggest anime conventions in the U.S.?
We’re a small, family-owned business based in East Texas that designs and sells anime-inspired clothing, art, and collectibles. We’re looking for a reliable driver/laborer to join our team and hit the road with us for various conventions.
This is gig-based work with a recurring but flexible schedule that varies depending on our event calendar.
🛠️ Main Role:
Drive our team, vehicle, and goods to anime conventions across the U.S. (must have a valid license & clean driving record)
Load and unload merchandise, assist with booth setup and teardown
Support the team with hands-on tasks during travel and event days
✨ Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
Experience with manual silk screen printing (for apparel production)
Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling customers
Familiarity with anime, cosplay, or convention culture
📌 Job Details:
Based in or able to reliably travel from East Texas
Gig-based schedule — work varies by event; recurring opportunities
Meals and lodging are provided while traveling
Pay starts at $9/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and raises based on experience and performance
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work physically
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) due to original designs and business operations
No experience required — we’re happy to train the right person!
