Summary:
The VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Jobsite Specialist is responsible for providing onsite
materials management, inventory control, and customer-facing support for Main Electric Supply’s
remote consignment projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate material tracking,
fulfillment, and billing by managing consigned inventory directly at customer jobsites across the U.S.
Acting as an extension of Main’s branch and logistics network, the VMI Jobsite Specialist maintains
visibility of onsite materials, ensures system accuracy through consistent VMI scanning practices,
coordinates replenishments, and serves as the primary liaison between the jobsite, Main Electric
operations, and the contractor’s field teams.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
