Papered A2A2 Jersey milk cow with grass genetics - $2,800 (Grand Saline)

Misty is a papered A2A2 two year old cow. Born 10/20/21. She is named after her sire, ISNZ CRESCENT EXCELL MISTY-ET. Grandsire and granddam on the sire’s side are also all New Zealand grass genetic jerseys. Respects electric fencing, has hand milking teats, holds condition very well and also calved unassisted. Currently dry. Was a lower producer in her left rear quarter on previous lactation, but when she freshens again that may not be an issue. Was both machine and hand milked, did great with both.
Been running with an A2A2 jersey bull BBR 100 for the past 2 months. She has not been palpated for confirmation of being bred yet. Though if bred, calf will also be A2A2.
The milk herd is tested annually for TB and Brucellosis and is completely clean. These are the two tests the state of Texas requires for running a licensed raw dairy. The dairy is predominately grass fed, only supplemented during milking once a day, then on free graze pasture at all other times. However she is only on pasture/grass hay and loose minerals right now. $2800
