We bought this loveseat and a matching couch from Ashley awhile ago. However, we ONLY use the couch (which we love!) and we just moved to a smaller home - so we don't have room for both.
Like NEW condition! We have literally only sat on it a handful of times as we prefer the couch instead. The material shows no wear and the foam is very firm.
